GRAPEFRUIT APPLE CIDER VINEGAR JUICE

You will need:

1 freshly squeezed  grapefruit juice1 cup 8 oz fresh grapefruit juice*

2 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon of honey

Use a blender to make grapefruit juice. Mix it with apple cider vinegar and honey. Drink it immediately. Prefer drinking this first thing in the morning.

SLIMMING PINEAPPLE GRAPEFRUIT SMOOTHIE

½ cup orange juice

1 cup of grapefruit

1-2 cubes of pineapple

2-3 strawberry

1 cup vanilla greek yoghurt

ice

Blend all the ingredients and turn it into a thick smoothie.  

GINGER GRAPEFRUIT DETOX WATER

You need:

½ cup grapefruit juice

Chilled water

1 tsp ginger juice

2 tbsp honey

½ tsp black salt

Pepper

5-6 mint leaves

Mix all the ingredients into a blending jar and pour into a glass. Consume immediately. Drink this juice every day to lose weight,  preferably post-workout.

GRAPEFRUIT HONEY MINT TEA

A handful of mint leaves

¾ cup of water

½ cup of grapefruit juice

Honey as per taste

Boil water and add mint leaves to it. Remove from the flame and mix grapefruit juice into it. Add honey and mix well. Have it after your lunch for better results
