Watch The Best Movies Of Timothee Chalamet

The oscar winning actor!

Timothée Chalamet is one of today's most talented and exciting actors. His breakthrough role was in Luca Guadagnino's Call Me By Your Name. The role earned him an Oscar nomination for Best Actor, making him the youngest nominee. Here are some of the best movies.

Lady Bird

Lady Bird is a coming-of-age story in which Saoirse Ronan plays a high school student who comes into direct conflict with her family and friends while trying to figure out where she wants  in life. Ronan delivers a phenomenal performance, even if his character is a bit obnoxious.

His appearance is very monotonous, but that's all. It's hard not to like Chalamet at all, but he plays the smug, shallow teenager so well he's loathed. However, he still does enough to stand out from the usual cool kid in a teenage movie. The film as a whole depicts Ronan's struggles and shows how his actions are directed against his parents.

Call Me By Your Name

Call Me By Your Name is the movie that put Chalamet on the map. It was his best performance to date and he even received an Oscar nomination for Best Actor.Chalamet plays Elio Perlman, a young man living in Italy who begins a romantic relationship with Oliver. However, Oliver is older and  only stays in Italy for a short  time. Call Me By Your Name focuses on Elio's relationship  with Oliver as he grows up and discovers his own sexuality.

Little Women

In this film, Chalamet plays Laurie, a close friend of the four sisters who has various romantic relationships with the two  sisters.Chalamet exudes charisma in the role, and the chemistry between Ronan and Pugh, who his character is most closely associated with, is incredible. Smaller women are better off focusing on the sister relationship and how their different goals  conflict with one another. There isn't a huge overarching plot, but Gerwig gives us an in-depth look at this family and the challenges of being a woman at the time. It's a film filled with the heartbreak, love, tragedy and hope of all of which come together beautifully.

Beautiful Boy

Based on the memoir by Nic Sheff, Beautiful Boy stars Chalamet as Nic, a college-age teenager struggling with a devastating drug addiction. This addiction not only harms his physical and mental health, but  also affects his family, especially his father. Despite  many attempts at rehab and sobriety, he keeps relapsing and never seems to recover.
