Consuming FAT first thing in the morning before you eat your breakfast will keep you full throughout the day and you will only eat as much required. Consuming fat first in the morning is an excellent way to start your day especially if you are dealing with pcos or any other hormonal issues that spikes up your sugar level. Consuming FAT first in the morning doesn't mean you have to completely eliminate carbs and fibre.
