Alien robots turning into cool vehicles, the film series of the Transformers have wooed the fans for years

First introduced as a cartoon series, the Transformers became an instant favourite among the kids. Later on, the cartoon series was spun into a film series which expanded into a multi-millionaire movie franchise. Back in the time, the concept of alien robots arriving on earth and transforming themselves into various vehicles to disguise was extremely cool. In the present day, the notion remains to be the same. In the flicks, different Transformers use different vehicles and this article summarizes those automobiles.

Western Star 5700- Optimus Prime, the leader of the Autobot side, has always used a truck to disguise himself in the world of humans. In the first three movies, he was seen using a Peterbilt Semi, but since the Age of Extinction part; he has been transforming himself into a Western Star 5700.

Chevrolet Camaro- The favourite character of everyone, Bumblebee from the Autobot squad, has always used a yellow and black Chevrolet Camaro to disguise himself. The character often goes for the model, which is available during the time of the production. In the last Transformers movie, he transformed himself into a Camaro 2016 model.

Ducati 848, Suzuki B-King & MV Agusta F4 Series- Arcee, the sole female Autobot Transformer appeared in the second part (Revenge of the Fallen) of the Transformers series. Being smaller, Arcee transformed herself into motorcycles instead of cars. She is also the only Transformer who can transform herself into three different bodies (motorcycles). In the movie, she transformed into a Ducati 848, Suzuki B-King and an MV Agusta F4.

Audi R8- The Audi R8 appeared in the Revenge of the Fallen part as a vehicle chosen by a Decepticon Transformer. Known as Sideways, the Decepticon Transformer transformed himself into the Audi R8 during a chase scene shot in Shanghai.

Saleen 281- A Saleen 281 is a transformed 2006 Ford Mustang which is shown as a police vehicle. In the movie, a Decepticon known as Barricade chooses the police vehicle as his disguise. Usually, Decepticon transformers are shown choosing military vehicles such as jets, helicopters and tanks in the movie. Therefore, when this Decepticon chose a car, he picked up the Saleen 281 to match his fellow Decepticon brothers.

Some other vehicles that have been used in the Transformers series are the Ferrari 458, Hummer H2, Aston Martin DB11, Mercedes-Benz Unimog and the Lamborghini Centenario.
