But he is known for his memory for any sporting event. Don’t believe us? Well, give him any date; let’s say 30th March 1981. He will not only tell you that President Reagan was shot on the said date but also that North Carolina was defeated by Indiana in the NCAA Championship that day. He also remembers every minute detailabout his birthday since he was five years old.
Jill Price
Out of all the people diagnosed with super memory, Jill Price is definitely the most famous, thanks to her memoirs “The Woman Who Can’t Forget”. She feels her condition is extremely exhausting, nonstop and uncontrollable, which makes it more of a curse than a gift. Price says that she remembers every small detail of her life since she was fourteen years old. According to her, it is like walking with a camera as you name the date, and she would pull out the video of the said date. Her memory remembers the tiniest memory of that day. She feels that apart from the happy memories, her mind can’t let her forget all the sad memories, which is exhausting.
Brad Williams
Well, if Jill is a pessimist about her situation, then Brad is a ball of sunshine. He loves being who he is and embraces his “gift” enthusiastically. He has an excellent memory for pop-culture trivia and could name every Academy Award winner to this day. A feature-length documentary named “Unforgettable” was made on his life.
