Place all the ingredients in a large mug. Mix well and bake in the microwave for 6-70 seconds. Once done, immediately scoop it out with a spoon and sprinkle some choco chips on it.
OATMEAL NO BAKE COOKIE
You will need:
3 cups of rolled oats
1 cup semi sweet choco chips
½ cup peanut butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups granulated sugar
1 stick butter
½ cup evaporated milk
Mix rolled oats, peanut butter, vanilla essence and milk in a bowl. Mix well. Heat butter in a pan and add granulated sugar to the butter. Mix well and add into the rolled oats mixture. Mix well and roll out round balls from the batter. Flatten it with your palms and let it cool.
PEANUT BUTTER PIES
For the crust:
1 cup salted roasted peanuts
½ cup pitted dates
½ tsp vanilla extract
FOR THE FILLING
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
3 medium bananas
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup maple syrup
Salt to taste
For the topping:
1/4 cup natural peanut butter
1/4 cup refined coconut oil
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/3 cup chopped peanuts
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Salt to taste
3 tablespoons maple syrup
Blend together dates, peanuts and vanilla. It should clump together when pinched. Divide the crust mixture in the muffin pan equally. Use a shot glass to press the crust in the mould.Nowadd the filling through a paper cone and top it with coco chips. Let it cool.
