Shortbread
While the millionaire and billionaire shortbread are in a class of their own, and make for a perfect dessert, as and when you get the chance, do invest in buying a box of shortbreads, at any chance you get. Have one, and it is a guarantee, that you will not be able to stop!
Scottish macron
This is a unique, but surprisingly delicious snack, which you can check out. Scottish macarons are potato fondants, which are dipped in chocolate and coconut. If you are sceptical about the potato, then here is something for you to know: since potatoes are mostly made of water, they form a perfect fondant. Furthermore, they are coated with an immense amount of sugar, which takes away any kind of potato-like taste from it. So go ahead, give it a try! And it is guaranteed, that you will have more!

Originally prepared to celebrate the raspberry harvest that usually happens in August, this delicious treat contains cream, and fresh seasonal raspberries, and is supplemented with Scottish oats, and some liquids. Though traditionally, a seasonal dessert, now it is one of the most popular desserts and is widely available.
