Dragon fruit ice cream
Dragon fruit—either magenta-pink with green leaves or yellow—has equally beautiful white or red fleshes speckled with tiny black seeds making this a visually beautiful ice cream. The flavor of this fruit is mildly sweet with a creamy taste. The treat is refreshing. Combine the ripe dragon fruit with a touch of fresh lemon juice and a little honey. Combine this mixture with heavy cream or coconut milk and churn until smooth in an ice cream maker!
Passion fruit sorbet
