In Dead by Daylight, players get to choose perks according to their play style. If a player is more interested in taking chase, they’d want a perk build that excels in speed and stealth. Players interested in completing objectives like completing gens or cleansing totems will have a solid stealth build. But whatever perk you choose while playing the asymmetrical horror game, it is all about teamwork that will let you leave the trial unscathed.

Perks depend on the kind of player you are. The game has three perks each for each character. However, some perks works better as whole. Perks like Decisive Strike or Sprint Burst or Dead Hard are few of the best perks out there that can help get out of a sticky situation.

While stealth is a good way to play, crouching and hiding aren’t you playstyle? Well, for that you need perks that allows stunning the killers when they get too close. Something Laurie Strode perk called Decisive Strike. After being hooked once, player can complete a successful skill check to stun the killer and get dropped. Dead Hard is another awesome perk that belongs to David King. It allows you to dash forward while running. It can prove advantageous for the tricky chase where the killer appears out of nowhere or is breathing down your neck. Mettle of Men makes you resistant to hits after you have taken 3 protective hits for your teammates. After MoM is activated, any hit you take that can out you to dying state will keep you in the injured state.

Other perks like Borrowed Time, Unbreakable, For the People, Resilience are other great perks. Borrowed Time against a face camping killer gives your hooked teammate a chance to escape. Unbreakable allows you to recover fully from the dying state one per trail. For the People is the ultimate altruistic perk as it allows you to exchange your fully health state with another teammate.
