The old classic: Tomato soup and garlic bread
A bowl of tomato soup with croutons can be good, but have you tried it with garlic bread? A bowl of tomato puree, with butter, pepper, thyme and salt can go a long way into making the perfect and easiest winter soup bowl. Brush a few bread bits with garlic butter and toast them for the perfect crunch.
One pot arrabbiata
All you need for this is the pasta of your choice; make sure it’s boiled just perfect. Now for the arrabbiata sauce all you need is garlic, olive oil, red chilli flakes and tomato puree. Make it just like a marinara sauce with these ingredients. You can also add a mix of veggies of your choice for complete nutrition.
Spicy cabbage soup
For this recipe you need red pepper flakes, cumin and green chillies or jalapeño for the spice. Boil the cabbage and throw away the water. Use vegetable stock and add the spices, you can add salt at this stage and make the broth ready. Throw in the cabbage, if you have other veggies, you can add a bit of that too. Finish it off with a dollop of butter and add a little sprinkle of black pepper on top and serve hot.

Most ingredients used for this recipe includes sesame paste, soy sauce, garlic and chili oil. You can also add veggies at your will. Make your favourite noodles or pasta and add it to this sauce and toss with the slighlty blanched veggies for a steamy bowl of Chinese food.

Make a small batch of rice. Now, heat a pan with a little bit of sesame oil, soy sauce, hot sauce, sesame seeds and scallions.
